Changelog: Bug fixes, switched from HTTPWebRequest to Sockets, two programs are now one.
Notes:
-- If it crashes on socks4/5 testing then you need to install this:

-- If it freezes for a while without crashing, just let it run. It will finish and be un-frozen eventually.
-- If it crashes, use less sockets. The lesser sockets you use, the more success you will have with leeched lists & testing proxies.
